DR NEIL WETZIG AO

(AusHEAL Congo Project Director) will share stories from the past year and speak about AusHEAL’s vision for the future.

Australians advancing healthcare in the developing world.

AusHEAL is a registered Australian not for profit charity that strives to provide and strengthen sustainable healthcare development in low and middle income countries (LMICs).

AusHEAL’s focus on sustainability is delivered though teaching, training, and mentoring to empower LMIC staff to increase their clinical competency.

We believe this will ultimately contribute to reducing poverty, through the provision of enhanced and holistic health care.

At the heart of AusHEAL’s work, is the belief that more can be effectively achieved in healthcare in low and middle income countries by developing ongoing relationships with clinical staff and strategic medical organisations.

Improving health, impacting life.

AusHEAL is an Australian charitable not-for-profit company limited by guarantee registered with the Australian Not-For-Profit Commission (ACNC) and is approved for charitable fundraising in the state of Queensland. AusHEAL is proud to be a partner for Project J730N with Global Development Group (ABN 57 102 400 993), an Australian NGO approved by the Minister for Foreign Affairs to carry out quality humanitarian projects with approved partners and provide aid to relieve poverty and ensure long term solutions.

Global Development Group takes responsibility of the project according to OAGDS guidelines providing a governance role and assisting in the areas of planning, monitoring and evaluating to ensure the projects are carried out to OAGDS requirements.
